Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or approve a return where applicable.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
