At Velora, every product is carefully inspected, tested, and securely packed before it is shipped to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate return or replacement solution. Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for a return or refund.
